Boil potato cubes in salted water until just tender, then drain well.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry potatoes until golden and crispy.

Add garlic, chili flakes, paprika, coriander, and salt; sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Turn off heat, add lemon juice and chopped cilantro.
