Directions
Step-by-step instructions
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add warm water and olive oil, then knead until a soft dough forms.
Cover and let rest for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Divide dough into balls and roll into small flat circles.
Mix zaatar with olive oil and spread evenly over each dough round.
Bake in a preheated oven at 475°F (245°C) for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.
Serve warm.
